　　one、　　The role of water

　　Water is very important to
us. If you don’t have water for three days, you will die. We can use water for
flowers, swimming, washing and many different things. We use it to cook, make
electricity, and put out fires and so on. We use millions of liters of water
every day.

　　Do you know how does the
water come to your home? It travels through water pipes. Some are long and wide
but some are short and narrow. Then the water travels through the water pipes
to the reservoirs. Then it travels through the water pipes to the river and to
the special factories that purify the water. When the water is purified, we can
drink it. Please don’t leave garbage in the water on which we line, and keep
the water clean.

　　two、Computer Games

　　Playing computer games
takes the teenagers too much time these days. So I think computer games should
be done away with. They are nothing but a waste of time, money and energy.
Teenagers should do valuable things like reading, studying and going to
concerts and museums.

　　Computer games are bad for
both the physical and mental health of the young.The computer games rooms are
very dark, noisy, and the content are unhealthy and violent, and so on.

　　Therefore, computer games
arcades should be banned fi'om cities and towns.

　　three、　Good Habits Keep Us Fit

　　I was not able to get high
marks when I was in primary school. Teachers didn’t like me because I was not a
good student. Mother considered me as a bad kid. They hurt me by thinking I am
a retarded child. But I am no fool. Almost all of my paintings were showed in
public. Many famous artists had praised me for my paintings. They called me
"little prodigy". And dad was on my side too. He encouraged me to do
what I liked and what I thought was proper. He told me that interest is the
best teacher, Dad did what he could to develop my talent fully. I believe that
interest together with hard work will make me a successful artist in the near
future.
