　　由于假期生活相对自由轻松，有的学生会迷恋电视;有的学生会迷恋网络;有的学生还会沉浸在自由散漫的状态中，不能尽快适应学校生活，因此，收心教育不管是对学校老师还是家教都成为开学初的当务之急。

　　开学初，班主任要主动和家长取得联系，了解学生在假期中的生活、学习情况。特别是对那些平时比较散漫的学生，更要及时进行沟通，找准机会促膝长谈。

　　新学期开始，学生们的心都还沉浸在假期生活的回忆与体味中，同学之间很久没有见面，自然要聊一聊。班会上，可以先让学生交流自己在假期中遇到的开心的事、难忘的事，有趣的书，特殊的网络，不同寻常的旅游等，让他们尽情地说，然后把未尽的写进日记中。要对学生们说最关键的一点：新学期要有新气象，每一个同学都要在新的起跑线上有新的突破。

　　建立新的班级组织，帮助学生收心。完善各项班级制度是帮助学生收心的另一“妙招”。注意一些细节，别让个别平时散漫的学生影响到其他人的心理状态。

　　能够把学生尽快拉到新学期学习轨道上来的最有效的做法就是抓紧时间开始新知识的学习，只有新的学习任务才能有效地占据孩子们那有些混乱的大脑。考虑到实际情况，新课程的教学不要太快，要少讲慢进，以学生能够接受为准，逐步走入正规。

　　要利用班队会、晨(夕)会等时机，及时开展不同形式的德育教育活动和师生集体活动，对学生进行纪律、道德、良好学习生活习惯、文明行为方式培养等教育，引导学生自觉要求自己，尽快适应学校生活。最好在新课开始前，让学生谈谈自己新学期的打算，帮助其确定学习目标并制订切实可行的措施，学生的心思也就能围绕目标而自我加压、努力奋进。
