Steve Paul Jobs, one of the Apple’s creators, is a legend, a miracle.  in 2009 ,he had selected as the American best CEO in the Fortune Magazine . 

He is a brilliant leader, his thoughts are always different from others, he thinks that the most important decision is not to decide what we should do, but what we should not do. And he advocates that complexity should be simplified, but it doesn’t mean simple. creation and cooperation are most important things , he said ：we need innovative products ,but at first we should have a different team with creation and cooperation. He has bright eyes to excavate talented person and provides a good condition to let them develop themselves. because of it ,a lot of people are willing to work for him.

As we know ,it is not easy to set up a company .when Jobs started his career ,there were so many difficulties that we couldn’t imagine ,but he never gave up and become stronger and stronger. in 1985 ,he was kicked out by Scully , but the blow didn’t strike him down. After 12 years, he became Apple’s CEO again.
