初中生到了高中成绩为什么会退步?

我经常会碰到一些家长,很苦恼地对我说:我的孩子在初中成绩还不错,中考也是考了比较高的成绩,可是到高中来之后,成绩越来越差,一点也跟不上!这到底是什么原因呢?我的确也发现了类似的很多学生案例,现将我的个人观点与大家共享:

  退步的客观原因

  一、从初中到高中,学习是一个逐渐变难过程,就像一个人登山一样。同时,大浪淘沙,学习高手越来越多,竞争性也越来越强,初中是普及的义务教育,学校多,高中则不是,学校少。比如,初中有10个学校,到高中顶多有一两个学校了,原来的10个全校第一,到高中只剩下一两个全校第一了。所以很多同学到高中后,成绩自然就“退步”了。

  二、选择了不合适的学校。有些同学是买进某所学校,特别是重点高中的,对他们来说,成绩跟不上也是情理之中,而且一次又一次的失败,会耗尽他们的所有信心。一个人没了信心,就不会有学习的斗志、劲头更不会有学习的恒心,退步是必然的。

  

  退步的主观原因

  一、自制力不强,学习不主动,。到高中后,有些学生人长大了,诱惑多了,管不住自己了。 有的学生胆子也大了,性子也野了,不再那么听话了。有的学生缺乏学习的主动性,学习目的不明,学习也没有以前那么认真了、踏实了。再者,高中注重自主学习,强调自我约束,老师不再像一个保姆一样。很多学生不是为自己学习,而是为了完成老师的作业而学习。他们从不会有计划地主动地去复习,探究。有些同学看到课程多,作业多,自己又懒散,不愿吃苦,造成成绩下滑这大部分学生掉队的主要原因。

  二、智商有差异,方法不科学。初中的知识是基础知识,对学生的能力要求比较低,一般的智商只要努力都能跟得上; 而高中的知识容量大、跨度大,强调学生的融会贯通能力,只有智商好的学生才能兼顾各科的学习。一般智商的学生都有一门两门三门功课跟不上。高中的学习方法灵活多变,文理学科各有侧重,光靠死记硬背是学不好的。有的同学学习方法没有改进,呆板单一,又没有及时与他人沟通,造成学习成绩下滑。

 

  三、家庭教育和社会环境的影响。有的同学在初中对父母和老师都比较依赖,家长对学生无论是学习还是生活都都包办太多,从而是学生缺乏独立锻炼。当他们来到高中后,生活上要自理,学习上要自我安排,所以好像一下子失去了依靠和航标,常常不知所措,导致学习成绩下滑。社会环境和家庭环境对孩子的学习影响也较大。受到网络的影响和社会价值观的影响,很多学生迷恋网络从而荒废学业。一些家庭条件好的或者父母当官的学生,认为读书成绩好坏无所谓,父母会安排好自己的未来。还有早恋的影响……这些对学生的学习都会产生很大的影响。

Breakfast Is Important

The Student Union of our school did a survey about “what for breakfast” among the students on May 20th. Here’s the result of our survey. 中考英语的六个命题原则:

•       (一)科学性原则:内容不能有错误,检测的形式要合理,检测的结构要恰当

•       (二)目标性原则:培养语言能力、语篇能力和语用能力 

•       (三)现实性原则:命题的内容或材料要具有时代性与学生的实际性原则。

•       (四)功能性原则:1、培养交际能力2、激发学习兴趣,建立稳定的学习动机3 培养应变能力

•       (五)发展性原则:跟上时代的步伐,经济的发展,语言的演变

•       (六)整合性原则:指各学科知识的整合,即所谓的综合科测试

 

中考英语的命题走势

(一)新课程英语中考考查学生以下五个方面的能力:

听力技能(在听力考试里体现);

口语技能(在补全对话里测试);

阅读技能(在阅读理解题里考察);

写作技能(在书面表达里考察);

语言知识的综合运用能力(在完型填空里短文填词里以及任务型阅读里考察)。

 

(二)语言知识的运用能力指的是学生在一定的语境中运用语言知识、语法知识和语用知识的能力。对知识的考查既不能孤立地考查某些知识点,也不能机械地考查学生对知识的记忆情况。

在语境中考察学生运用英语知识的能力这是中考命题的思路和方向;考察学生的阅读能力和综合运用能力(词汇量加大,文章的篇幅加长)这是中考英语的命题趋势。

如何学好高中英语

学生成绩下滑的原因分析:

  到了高中很多的学生感到压力很大,作业特多,知识面更宽、知识度更深,有的学生忙的摸头不知脑,天天赶作业,而且成绩去天天下滑。还有一些学生不适应高中的生活,他们从老师监管严格的天天听写交作业初中猛然转到老师上完课就走,很少听写单词句子、对作业抓得相对较松的的高中很不适应。有的学生由于自觉性差,自理性弱,猛然一松无所适从,不知道如何安排自己的学习,成绩一落千丈。还有一中学生学习也挺认真,很乖很听话,但要完成所有老师布置的作业,往往忙到深夜11点多甚至12多,结果由于长时间休息睡眠不足,而导致大脑记忆力减退反应迟钝,学习成绩未有起色且渐渐倒退。

那么高中英语应该如何学习?

 

 那么针对这种现象,我们应该如何办呢?高中英语教学的出路在哪里呢?

以下是我从二十多年教学生涯中总结的一点经验,拿出来与大家分享!

 一:课本不能丢,要以课本为本。

以课本为载体,利用课本上的词汇句型语法,最大限的训练学生的听说读写能力。课本上的单词句型必须牢固掌握灵活运用。课本上的重点要突出,每个单元的重点词组句型不能超过20个,(都是重点就没有重点)这需要老师去挑选甄别。每个词组的拓展最好不要超过5个,有些老师翻开字典一个单词能讲解满满的一黑板。其实不要必要,学习是个渐渐地过程,不可能一蹴而就。 

二::提升课本的使用价值。

课本上的重点句型词组要让学生进行脱口而出的情景运用,把家庭社会的生活场景用课本上的词句描述出来,学以致用。(我们很多的高中生课本不会读不会翻译和谈脱口而出的使用造句?)学完一个单元要让学生合上课本听出课本的每一句话并复述翻译,这样学生所学的知识就相应的牢固多了。抓住重点反复复习:学习英语最艰巨的任务是和遗忘作斗争。每个单元的重点词组句型都不超过20个,对这些带重点的新句子每天都要读上三五遍,对以往学过的重点句子每天或间隔一两天都要读上一两遍,把这些重点句子熟练于心。

三:提升知识讲解面对高考的针对性。

很多情况下我们的学生感到老师课堂上的与实际的高考不接轨,不实用。这是因为我们的老师没有认真的研究高考出题的规律。高考的试题都是灵活多样的,很多都是来源于生活里的活生生的句子。只不过高考的试题是灵活多变的句子而老师的讲解都是简单陈述句而已。这些重点造句,造出比课本上跟高级的句子,把这些重点句子变换成疑问句,感叹句,强调句,这样对学生读写能力很有帮助。

 

 四:加强做题技巧的指导。世界上的万事万物都是有规律的,当我们掌握了规律并按自然规律办事的时候,就容易得多了。如果有可能给学生做一些做一些专题讲座:如果写高考作文;如何做单选题?如何做完形填空?如何做阅读理解?如何作改错题 ?

高中英语教学的三大误区

 

现在的高中英语教学正逐步走向并越陷越深的教学误区!

很多老师不知道高中英语究竟应该教学生什么?应该怎么教?他们也不知道叫学生怎么学习英语!我们的学生很勤奋,但是现在的他们不是学习的主人,而是学习的奴隶,做作业的工具。学生的学习积极性正在被扼杀殆尽。老师学生都陷入了一种无休止的痛苦劳累绝望之中。

 现象一:有的老师只会紧扣课本,照本宣科,老师学生都很用功,结果学生的课本读的很熟,但是考试的时候,却仍然达不到考试所要求的深度和广度。老师学生都不知道怎么做题,怎么拿高分。学生的成绩不上不下,不能达到学生的智商与努力所应达到的水平,几乎无法突破120分的瓶颈!大多数学生积聚在80—110之间。

 

现象二:有的老师认为课本上的句子根本不会考试,故此认为学习课本无用。甚至有的老师要求学生转向背诵新概念二。从而轻视了课本的作用,甚至放弃了课本。这种情况下学生的英语成绩更糟,由于不重视课本,学生没有学到应该学会的基础知识----基本的单词句子,还有语法。单词是语言大厦建筑材料,没有材料是无法建成语言的大楼的。

 

现象三:半数老师,不仅仅是县乡镇学校的老师而且包括很多市区的老师,穿新鞋走老路,仍然按照传统的教学模式,讲语法做大量的题,而忽略了学生的听说读写,虽然学生的考分还可以说得过去,但这些学生英语几乎都是哑巴英语。除了做题,啥都不会。我见过有的学校做的很多,一门功课就会有三本练习册。仿佛学生的学习就是做练习册,做完练习册就完成任务了。由于没有接受新的词汇句型相当一部学生高中上了一两年知识面还停留在初中的基础上,甚至有的学生把初中的底子也丢尽了。

高中英语教学与初中英语教学的差异

教材上:初中教材以口语为基础,听说领先,读写至后,反映在考题上,则是听力占20分,口语用于补全对话占10分,共占30多分。高中教材虽然强调听说读写,听说只在课堂上教学环节中有体现,考试的卷子上体现不出来,它基本上偏重于读写的多,高考听力不计入总分只做参考分。初中考查的是学生对英语的基本的听说读写能力,而高中考查的是综合运用能力,尤其是语法能力和阅读理解能力等综合能力。在考试题上,初中的考题都是英语基础知识的直接考察,只要记住单词句型就能直接找出答案,阅读理解在原文中能找出原句或类似于原句的句子,而高中是深层的阅读理解找不出原句子,看似原句子往往都不对。

教法上:在初中英语教学上,课堂比较有趣,师生互动较多,生动活泼;在高中教学中基本上属于知识灌输型,以老师讲解学生被动地听做笔记为主。初中教学老师调控的比较紧,可能你一两分钟不注意就会被老师立即发现。而高中的老师就没有那么关注你,你半节课跑神老师也学都看不见。我们知道初中老师几乎每天都收作业、查作业,高中老师就不一定因为他的备课人物很重。初中属于九年制义务教育老师的任务是把你送到毕业,高中老师的任务是把一部分学生培养成才送到重点大学或大学,不可能每个学生都进入重点大学或大学。

考前心理辅导

 

高考中考日渐临近,很多考生心里情绪开始紧张起来,有的同学吃不好饭,睡不好觉甚至有的出现各种身体不适现象这些都叫做考试紧张综合症。为了广大的考生能取得理想的成绩,在此谈谈我的几点自己见解,以供大家参考借鉴。

考试紧张综合症的原因来自三方面:

(1)外界干扰:父母亲友给予的希望太高太大,父母的叮咛嘱咐太多太长,学生担心不能如愿;考场的严肃气氛、监考人员冷峻的表情或生硬的态度使学生心里发憷。

(2) 内心情绪:同学们紧张的主要原因,是觉得自己的知识掌握的不好,不自信,担心害怕靠自己不会的;平时考得不好,害怕再考试不好;顾虑太多:考试事关个人的前途,万一考砸了一辈子就完了,这可是人生的关键一搏等等,这些都会给考生带来巨大的心理压力。

(3)还有一种是考前丢三落四走到考场,才想起该带的考试用具没带等等这些都会影响到学生的考试。

 

那么,如何做才能缓解学生的考前紧张呢?

首先,我们得知道高考也好,中考也好,它不仅仅是知识的较量,首先它是心理素质的较量;然后它是身体素质的较量;最后才是知识的较量。如果前两个较量输了,那么知识的较量也必然输掉。也就是说,有的同学还未上高考的战场已经输掉了三分之二的结局。

首先,高考是心理素质的较量

那么,考生如何才能在心理素质的较量中获胜呢?

首先,在考前要在自己的心理上获得一种心理优势:自信。相信自己这一段学得好,比别人学得多,比别人学的巧。在考前一周,每科找出做过的6-10套卷子(有的专家建议回归课本,其实这时候没有人看得进去课本上的内容,因为课本太简单了,而且,高中的三年的课本无论如何也看不完,徒增紧张,我认为这样不妥。),把这几套卷子认真研读,要一套一套的精通卷子上的所有知识,其实有七八套卷子基本上就能涵盖所有的知识块,这样做的目的是查漏补缺。既然这些卷子基本上能涵盖所有的知识块,我们把这些卷子都能懂了都精通了,我们就能给自己一种心理上的优势暗示:我复习了所有的知识块,我查出了所有的漏洞,我弄懂了所有的知识!自信自然就来了!!

以英语为例,把这几套卷子上的单选题都弄懂了(因为单选题涵盖了所有的语法知识),所有知识点就弄懂了,精通了,(不懂的找老师问一问弄懂);把完形填空、阅读理解里所有的题弄懂了还不算,应该把每篇文章里不会的单词词组句型都查一查,通过读完形填空、阅读理解,从而扩展自己的词汇量(十套卷子上的词汇量不低于3000--3500),这些卷子上的词汇都认识了,你就达到了高考的要求的词汇量3500,这样你的心理上就有一种感觉:我已经掌握了高考要求的词汇量!如果这些卷子上的作文,在看过答案后再认真写一遍,模仿里面的高级句子,或者背回里面的高级句子,领悟一下作文参考答案的结构、层次,你的作文也会后很大的进步。这样,我们的心理上就可以自我暗示:该复习的都复习了,改查漏的地方都查到了,原来不会的词汇我都背了查了,我不用慌了不用忙,我成竹在胸了!

其次,在老师、家长的帮助下,提前些好一个考试物品清单(一定要查一查齐不齐),这样在考试的前准备上阵的时候,我们就可以有条不紊的按图索骥,把每样东西带齐,避免因考试用具没带齐而影响情绪、影响考试。

最后,遇事要淡定,谁能稳定情绪谁就是赢家。考试不是一定要考多少分,因为题有难有易,天下考生(至少一个省)做的都是同一套试题,题型内容都一样,对你难对别人也难,对你容易对别人也容易。不管难易,都不要沾沾自喜或悲观失望。想象一下,当别人沾沾自喜而疏忽大意或悲观失望而乱了阵脚,你淡定了,你就是赢家!考试的最佳状态在于把你会的都做好,尽量不丢分;把你不会的能做多少做多少,特别是理科的题作出一步算一步,一步是一步的分。

以上三点做到为了,你就会先胜一阵,先赢一局。你的情绪会更加稳定,你会更加自信!

 

其次,考试也是一种身体素质的较量。

高考是一种高强度的脑力劳动,语文和综合都是两个半小时(150分钟),数学和英语都是两个小时,一动不动的高度精中精力150分,没有任何休息放松,甚至连上厕所也不许,这是何等的超强劳动啊!难免有的考生会头晕眼花,大汗淋漓,肠胃不适等等,有很多考生则是输在身体上!那么我们应该如何做呢?

 

首先,适当锻炼。当我们取得了心理优势之后,我们就要用平常的心去对待高考:要锻炼好身体。考前一周应该和平时一样做一些适当的锻炼(不要太剧烈的运动),比如,跑步、散步、慢跑,打打乒乓球、羽毛球(尽量别踢球)。

其次,注意健康的饮食起居。该什么时间休息就什么时间休息(7—9小时)。平常心对待高考,平常吃什么怎么吃还基本上如此。只是不要暴饮暴食,不要贪吃瓜果冷饮。同时还注意不要把空调电扇开得太狠太猛,以免感冒发烧。如果考试时发烧、拉肚子、拉痢疾肯定会影响考试成绩。

最后,考试时注意就省体力。考试时不要一直伏案不起、近距离盯着卷子,当我们看卷子的时候,我们就可以调整一下身体的坐姿,轻轻抬高卷子直直腰和颈椎去看卷子,写卷子的时候在俯下身子去写。通过改变活动一下腰椎颈椎的姿势角度,可以是节省一定的体力。

 

最后,高考才是知识的较量。

考试时心里上要暗示自己,前两个环节自己做的很好,在这个环节自己一定也能做好。如何做好这个知识的较量呢?

首先,进入考场要淡定情绪,有条不紊的、认认真真的在试卷上、答题卡上写上有关信息,不要慌,写信息就是一个稳定情绪的过程。要做深呼吸,要慢慢的写。

其次,在我们审题的时候,我要只顾看自己那个不会,要看自己哪里会(卷子是不会缺页的),给自己一个好心情。

再者,做题时千万不要恋战,对前面的小题大题不要太苦思敏想;要先易后难,把会的题囊括在自己的名下,把分抓住再说其他的,以免前面的题耗时太多,使后面的题无暇顾及,徒留遗憾。

最后,遇事要淡定,谁能稳定情绪谁就是赢家。考试不是一定要考多少分,因为题有难有易,天下考生(至少一个省)做的都是同一套试题,题型内容都一样,对你难对别人也难,对你容易对别人也容易。不管难易,都不要沾沾自喜或悲观失望。想象一下当别人沾沾自喜而疏忽大意或悲观失望而乱了阵脚,你淡定了,你就是赢家!考试的最佳状态在于把你会的都做好,尽量不丢分;同时把你不会的能做多少做多少,特别是理科的题作出一步算一步,一步是一步的分,也能得分。
